The Road to Roulette

roulette tableWe have all dabbled in the world of pokies, many of us have also diversified into the realms of poker, but how many of us have given roulette a try?

Its sacrilege that many people have overlooked one of the great games on the casino floor and moved off to other games instead, we wish to make people see sense and try it out. Roulette is one of the old casino games that take centre stage when you walk into a casino, so why have you not given it a try?

Play Roulette

Roulette is a game of chance, but there is also an element of calculated guesswork involved. It’s known that the way a croupier spins the ball can have an impact on where it lands and having been a regular roulette player for some 15 years, you can sometimes notice certain areas the ball will land.

Many people dare not to venture into the numbers on the board and keep on the outside betting of black or red, odd or even, or even one of the thirds where you get lower odds. The true money is on the inside of the board where the numbers are racked.

A trick in playing roulette is to play both the inside and outside at the same time. My trick has always been to put $5 on the outside board, such as red or black and then putting another $5 or $10 on the numbers inside such as black 10 or 13 etc.

I do have my favourite numbers that do me proud, and no I’m not going to divulge these. If you’re afraid to put your chips on one number, then why not try the two way or four way betting to give more coverage but at lower odds.
